MEDIA ADVISORY: Agriculture Pulling Together to Feed Missouri’s Hungry Children, Share Agriculture’s Story
Highlighting a summer-long service effort to combat childhood food insecurity and showcase Missouri agriculture, Missouri Farmers Care (MFC) is hosting the Drive to Feed Kids. The Drive, presented in partnership with Monsanto and Brownfield Ag News with support from Feeding Missouri, the Missouri State Fair and Missouri FFA and many across Missouri agriculture, has raised funds to address childhood food insecurity in communities statewide.

Missouri agriculture has invited the partnership of companies and individuals to address the most pressing childhood hunger needs in Missouri communities. All contributions will be dedicated to Feeding Missouri’s member food banks engaged in addressing childhood food insecurity.
Missouri Farmers Care is a joint effort by Missouri’s farming and agriculture community to stand together for the men and women who provide the food and jobs on which our communities depend. The Drive to Feed Kids is being managed by the Missouri Farmers Care Foundation, a 501(c)3 public charity
